Jack Clearwater is a queer director, writer and sound designer working across theatre, cabaret and ritual. He’s the current Resident Assistant Director at the Octagon Theatre Bolton, prior to which he was Resident Assistant Director at RADA.
As a founding member of Clearwater Collective he has written and directed a number of productions for theatre, cabaret and visual arts spaces including Dark Suit and Lavender Shirt, Standing, a work about the life of Egon Schiele which was shown at the Chelsea Theatre and the Royal Academy of Arts.
He is a carer and works as an Access Support Worker for disabled and neurodivergent artists applying to Arts Council England.
