Lee received an Olivier nomination in 2013 for Constellations in the West End and at the Royal Court. His other theatre designs include A Number (Nuffield Theatre), Blindsided (Royal Exchange Manchester); Protest Song (National Theatre Shed); The Jungle Book (West Yorkshire Playhouse); The Empty Quarter (Hampstead); Dancing at Lughnasa (Northampton); Blam! (Neander); The Sacred Flame (ETT/Rose Kingston); Great Expectations (ETT/Watford); Clytemnestra (Sherman Cymru); Desolate Heaven (Theatre 503) and Unbroken (Gate). Forthcoming designs include Much Ado About Nothing (Royal Exchange) and  Arden of Faversham (Royal Shakespeare Company).
Lee’s numerous dance credits include Sun, Political Mother, In Your Rooms, Uprising and The Art of Not Looking Back for Hofesh Shechter Company, The Measures Taken for Alexander Whitley, Interloper for the Liz Roche Company, and designs for Rafael Bonachela, Jonzi D, James Cousins Dance, Darren Ellis Dance, Tony Adigun, Rambert, Candoco, and Ivan Blackstock.
